Delivery

We try to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Bambooshit does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery.

We stock products both locally and internationally. All products are shipped individually regardless of whether the products are part of the same order, so items may arrive at different times because of this. Due to the time it takes for international deliveries to arrive, our shipping policy/time-frame is 3-6 business days for local products and 13-20 business days for international products. If for whatever reason the item(s) are not delivered, get lost, or are damaged during delivery, we will offer a full refund. Where damage occurs during transit, the customer must supply photographic evidence of damage and must alert us of the damage on the same day that the delivery is marked as complete by the courier. We will not be able to offer refunds for orders that become affected by logistics delays outside of our control (for example, but not limited to, global pandemics such as COVID-19, disaster-related delays, etc). In cases such as these, the customer will need to exercise patience and wait for the deliveries to be completed.

Bambooshit reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations.

Order Cancellation

If you’ve placed an order with us and then wish to cancel, we do allow for this to happen, but only if you cancel within 12 hours of order placement. However, this is subject to the following:

  • If your request is seen by our Customer Support personnel on time where we can actually do something about it. So please email us immediately if you change your mind so that we are able to see your request before it is processed, at which point it will be too late to cancel.
  • If your order has not already been placed with our supplier(s).

We will do our best to refund you if you change your mind within the aforementioned parameters, but please note that this is not something that we can guarantee and we reserve the right to refuse cancellation. We have made it clear to customers what the shipping timeframe is for each product on the cart and checkout pages, so if you want to cancel your order based on this, then we reserve the right to deny this request to the due diligence we have already performed to make customers aware of this.
